Connexions is developing new access arrangements which will see more services available to you online, outside of office hours and via access points in your local area.
You can access a Professional Adviser immediately via our website and talk to them via webchat, email, freephone or text message.
The service is also available for longer hours, with Advisers waiting to hear from you from 9:00am until 9:00pm Monday – Friday.
If you prefer to meet with an Adviser face to face, we can still arrange to see you in a number of locations in your area or at one of our central contact points.
We have lots of Professional Advisers working from community venues, libraries, one stop shops, schools, colleges and many other venues on your doorstep
