The Career Connect offer has been developed to ensure a range of expert, independent, impartial IAG services for your school and the very best provision for your learners.

Full Year Group Reviews – Dedicated meetings with Heads of Year, KS3 / KS4 Managers to identify the appropriate support and transition needs of your learners.

Annual School Profile Report – A comprehensive statistical report with analysis to help your school plan for future IAG support.

Careers Guidance Interviews in Years 9 to 13 – One to one Careers Guidance interviews with professionally qualified independent and impartial Advisers. This includes individual Action Plans and signposting to further appropriate and timely support.

Motivational Group Sessions including Mental Toughness – Innovative and effective motivational group work sessions delivered by enthusiastic and qualified Advisers.

IAG Health Check against the National Standards – This service will help schools focus on how they can meet the requirements relating to IAG outlined in the Education Bill. It includes an initial desk top audit, a scoping meeting with key members of staff and a short report outlining recommendations for improvement.

Vacancy Services to Support Transition – Access to local, regional and national Apprenticeship and job vacancies. In addition, learners are provided with access to application support.

Attendance at Parents’ Evenings and Exam results – Ensuring support at key transition points.

Learner Voice Consultation – We are committed to supporting the development of high quality IAG to aid young people’s future aspirations. We believe that to enable success for young people, we need to listen to and feed back to you what works for them.

Virtual Services – Our Virtual Professional Adviser (VPA) service provides access to on line, telephone, web chat and SMS individual IAG services from qualified guidance staff. We also provide a link to your Virtual Learning platform.

Personalised support for all year and out of hours until 8pm – Our Professional Advisers support your learners out of school and during school holidays; at key transition points beyond the statutory school leaving date.

Data Management and Reporting – Real time information around your current students and recent leavers.

Tracking of individual pupils and destination analysis – Regular contact with your leavers to offer transition support and raise individual aspirations.

Careers and Labour Market Information – Access to a wide range of up to the minute, comprehensive and engaging multi media resources produced by our expert CEIAG specialist team. This includes dynamic local, regional, national and international Labour Market Information resources to help young people identify potential opportunities to match their abilities and aspirations.

Meetings and Reviews with School Staff – Regular and timely discussions on progress and service delivery.
