What is LEAP?
It is a new project which offers adults who live in Wirral Pathways areas intensive one-to-one support from highly experienced and qualified adult careers guidance specialists. Financial help is also available to help adults to achieve qualifications which will help them to move on in their chosen career.
Help available includes:
- Career interest questionnaire
- Help with C.V. and Job Applications
- Interview Skills
- Confidence Building
- Personal Development Planning
- Careers Education programmes
- Psychometric Testing
- Helping adults who may have disability or health issues or long periods of unemployment to present a positive image to potential employers
Who is eligible?
Any adult aged 20 or over who lives in one of the Wirral Pathway areas.
