Our experienced Vacancy Services Team can assist you with all of your recruitment issues for 16-19 year olds through:
- Matching your vacancy to hundreds of young jobseekers on our comprehensive database.
- By matching the young person’s qualifications and skills to your requirements, we can deliver an efficient and speedy response to your needs, taking the strain out of the recruitment process- and it’s FREE
- Advertising your vacancy FREE of charge across our network of 16 centres, in schools, colleges and outreach locations, and on our website, ensuring the widest possible audience of young people are reached
- Offering you FREE advice and guidance on all issues relating to employing young people- from employment legislation to training, the National Minimum Wage and changes in education and qualifications.
- Providing FREE assistance and advice with application forms and interviews- we may even be able to help with premises for you to use to interview your prospective new recruits
- The Connexions Vacancy Services Team work with young people across the WHOLE of Greater Merseyside, through contacts with our offices in each area- from Southport to Runcorn, from Kirby and St Helens to West Kirby and Bebington- as well as Liverpool.
