Programme Led Pathways

Programme Led Pathways can be based on one of the following

  • Young people are based mainly in a training environment (local college or training provider premises), with one or 2 days per week on work placement, working towards an NVQ level 2
  • Young people are based in a training centre for up to 12 weeks before being placed with an employer in an “employed status” apprenticeship

In either case, the young person may be paid Education Maintenance Allowance, if eligible.

They may also be given assistance with travel expenses

If you would like to be involved in Programme Led Pathways and think you could offer work placements, please contact the Vacancy Services Team
