About Connexions
Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership:
- Is an independent information, advice and guidance and support service for 13 to 19 year olds (or for those up to the age of 25 who have special educational needs)
- Helps young people reach their full potential; to progress to work they will enjoy; and to help them through the transition to adult life
- Helps young people chose the education and/or training they need to get the jobs they want to do
- Is a network of Personal Advisers who are available to help young people in school, from community bases and from our 15 public access centres located throughout Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St. Helens, Sefton and Wirral
- Provides access for all 13 to 19 year olds to a Personal Adviser who will help them work out what information or support they need and, if necessary, help them to get extra help from other specialist services
