Xchange
The members of Xchange are made up of young people aged 13 – 19 who are either involved in their local area forums or who are Peer Researchers.
They attend meetings every six weeks to discuss problems and events as well evaluating past events.
The group’s main aim is to exchange information across each area of Greater Merseyside, allowing them to improve the service for young people.
All the information received is then fed back to the Executive board.
The group attends youth events which are held in each of the local areas as well as Connexions conferences, to stress the importance youth involvement has within the service.
Xchange is a voluntary group, as they are not paid for the work they carry out
they are rewarded through residential's which involve work as well as fun activities for the group to enjoy.
