Entry to Employment (E2E)
If you are 16 to 18 years old Entry to Employment (E2E) is a flexible programme of activities that can offer you individual support and an opportunity to develop your skills.
If you are not in education, employment or training and may require a range of additional support to enable you to progress and lead on to gaining a job, making new friends and having more confidence then E2E could be for you.
The programme will help you develop skills which employers are looking for, such as, teamwork, communication and time management as well as basic literacy, numeracy and IT if you require it. It can also help you develop your confidence and personal skills.
The programme usually starts as 16 hours a week and will build up to 30 hours as soon as possible and will last for around 22 weeks, it can be longer or shorter depending on your needs.
There are no entry requirements for this programme.
If you want a job, need training or want to go to college, E2E will provide the skills and confidence to do it!
