Delegates attending the HE Conference
The Mountford Hall
A floor plan is included in the Conference programme which all institutions attending will receive a copy of towards the end of May.
Talks
Details of the talks including venues will be available in the programme. All lecture theatres are equipped with IT and speakers should only need to print their presentation on a data stick. The programme will be available as a PDF on this site towards the end of May.
Toilets
Ladies and gents’ toilets are to be found in the basement of the Mountford Hall.
Reception
The conference organisers will be available throughout the Conference and can be found at or nearby the delegates’ reception which will be situated just inside the main entrance to the Conference in the Courtyard area of the Mountford Hall.
Refreshments
Free tea/coffee and water will be available for delegates throughout the Conference. Details will be given upon arrival. The Guild of Students’ shop is situated in the Courtyard area and will be open throughout the Conference for the sale of soft drinks, sandwiches etc
