Did you know you cannot apply for a tenancy in Halton until you are 18?
Under the age of 18 if you find yourself homeless or in need of alternative accommodation there are several Housing Projects available. YMCA Foyer, Belvedere, Halton Goals are the main ones. For more information on housing projects look at the Halton Borough Council Website housing section.
If you are homeless you need to call into Halton Direct Link and declare yourself as homeless. You will then receive support and advice to make an application for accommodation within one of the above housing projects.
If you are seeking alternative accommodation, but are not homeless, you should still call into Halton Direct Link and seek advice.
Call into either Widnes Connexions Centre, Runcorn Connexions Centre to speak to a Personal Adviser or your local Youth Centre and also pick up a copy of the Youth Information CD ROM that has more information and general advice about Housing.
