If you are visiting this website you probably live in one of the greatest sporting regions in Europe if not the world.
If two great football teams – Liverpool and Everton not forgetting Tranmere – weren’t enough there’s also the world’s most famous horse race; two courses that host the Open golf championship; two rugby league clubs; several rugby union clubs; an annual tennis tournament in Calderstones Park – the list goes on and on. And that’s just sport!
Liverpool is the European Capitol of Culture in 2008; it’s the city’s 800th birthday in 2007 and the Liverpool Biennial Arts Festival is taking place now.. So as you can see there’s no excuse to get bored.
As well as links to local cinemas, concert venues and professional sports clubs we want this site to be a link to all sorts of organisations that offer young people the opportunity to get fit or have fun in a constructive and enjoyable way.
