New Chair of Xchange
Danny Griffiths from Knotty Ash, Liverpool recently Chaired his first meeting of Xchange, Connexions Youth Board.
Danny is looking forward to a new style of meetings where young people will have greater say in what's being discussed and who attends the meetings. Members of Xchange recently voted to have fewer Connexions staff involved in the discussions so that they can have full ownership of the Agenda.
Each area representative will have their own item on the Agenda to update the group on plans and progress with local area forums. Connexions staff will be invited to the meetings to hear specific feedback or ideas, when the young people deem it appropriate...
