Edge Lane Regeneration
Liverpool's Edge Lane which links the M62 directly to the City Centre is undergoing re-development.
Beside the improved road a new Science Park will be built on the former MTL bus station site. These premises are expected to house an estimated 1,900 jobs particularly in media and digital industries. The large white art deco ‘Littlewoods’ building is to be brought back into use. Plans include a hotel, apartments and business units.
